The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all incredibly kind and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the brand-new and spotless room. The private bathroom. Amazing service offered in this property.

This place is beautifully decorated and quite clean, it's located very close to the center, their service is outstanding, and the food is delicious, plus they offer parking on-site.

When I am in Playa de Palma, I like staying here. The hotel is cool, it has approachable staff and a roof top bar. The services are amazing, including a good pool. In fact, there is good internet😃

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful - they even called the tourist office for us to rearrange our excursion. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We loved that the drinks by the pool were reasonably priced, with soft drinks costing only 2.50 euros and cocktails ranging from 8-10 euros. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was only a 4-minute walk to the bus stop. We could easily catch the A2 line to the airport or the lines 23/25 to Palma, allowing us to explore the island comfortably. We also appreciated the proximity to small shops near the beach.
